I’m keeping this one really short (so you can go back to having those Thanksgiving leftovers \ud83d\ude09<\/p>\n

We know we should be grateful. We had an entire day dedicated to it yesterday. And gratitude can make you financially fit — actually it can make you rich beyond your dreams. But not any old “I’m thankful” will do.<\/p>\n

We talk much more about how and why this actually turns into dollars in the ‘Relationship With Money’ workshop but here’s what’s required: a regular experience of deep gratitude; we’ve got to consciously and actively practice gratitude. In other words, a mere “attitude of gratitude” isn’t enough.<\/p>\n

So this looks like a daily list or journal entry, a ritual you have at some point in the day, a prayer you say, some kind of practice where you really, truly deep down feel incredibly blessed for everything — from the warm water you get at the turn of a faucet, to the distance you cover with a push of a pedal, to the relationships that nourish you, and the grace of the universe to teach us what we have learned.<\/p>\n

Even with all that we don’t have yet, are working towards, or will never have, we can appreciate what we already have. When that gratitude emanates from the core of your being, you’ll be rich (on so many levels!)<\/p>\n
